Stone replacement, We carry large stock of small diamonds from1.00mm to 4.00mm (0.25points) as well as semi & precious coloured stones of all shapes, sizes and quality. If not immediately in stock we can usually supply within 7 days. Appro available if required.

Claw work and setting, we have the most experienced fine claw replacement and re-tipping skills. Most setting is carried out in house.

Remodelling & Restoration, We offer many years expertise in restoration or insurance replacement to ensure customer entire satisfaction.

Cad design & remodelling service, we offer state of the art cad design working with customers stones or our supply. Customer can have a 3D image rendered to look like the finished ring.

Polishing, cleaning rhodium & gilding. All done on site to restore old and damaged jewellery back to life looking like the day it was purchased.

Estimates, although our comprehensive price list covers most repairs in all metals we offer estimates free of charge the same or next day of receipt. It is often possible to “whats App” or email picture for estimates to avoid the time lost or expense of sending, this also helps with accessing jobs can be sized or repaired.

Service, our clients usually receive 2 to 4 day service, repairs arriving Monday or Tuesday are usually posted back Thursday.

Security, all work is kept in a Chubb bankers safe overnight in secure monitored CCTV premises with a ADT monitored alarm system. All work is fully insured with T.H.March block policy.

System, your job packets with instructions together with the piece of jewellery is usually photographed before being worked on and carefully examined for possible unforeseen problems like broken or cracked claws, missing stones ect.
